Refund & Return Policy – shipplimited

At shipplimited, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.


🔁 Return Eligibility

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong size (where applicable)

  • You received an incorrect product

Returns for other reasons (such as change of mind or customer ordering error) are not accepted.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

These items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order is placed.


📦 To Complete Your Return

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

  • Contact us at support@shipslimited.com before returning any item

  • Do not send items back without contacting us first

  • Do not return items directly to the manufacturer


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank (delays can occur)

If you’ve completed all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@shipslimited.com.


❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase

  • After this period, or once the order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at support@shipslimited.com.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping fees may be deducted

For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


⏱️ Delivery Guarantee & Late Delivery Refunds

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, you may request a refund within 30 days after that period ends.
