At shipplimited, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is damaged or defective
You received the wrong size (where applicable)
You received an incorrect product
Returns for other reasons (such as change of mind or customer ordering error) are not accepted.

These items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order is placed.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase
After this period, or once the order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
