We understand that mistakes can happen or you may change your mind. Below is how order cancellations are handled at shipplimited.
Yes — orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipping.
If your order has already been paid and you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible within this 12-hour window.
Once an order enters processing, packaging, or shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.
Orders requested for cancellation after 12 hours may not be eligible for cancellation, even if the order has not yet shipped, due to automated processing.
In such cases, the order will follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reactivated.
