At Shipp Limited LLC™, we orchestrate a rapid, automated fulfillment pipeline to ensure your orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Please review our structured cancellation boundaries below.

The 12-Hour Grace Window

Because our logistical nodes initiate custom sorting and packaging rapidly, all requests for complete order cancellation or item modification must be formally submitted within 12 hours of invoice settlement.

  • Grace Period Exception: Any request made within this 12-hour window will be processed immediately with a 100% full financial refund back to your original payment card or method.
  • How to Apply: You must email support@shipplimited.com instantly with the subject line: "URGENT: Cancel Order #SLXXXX".

Post-Dispatch & In-Transit Parameters

Once your shipment transits past the 12-hour grace boundary or safe routing locks occur, the cargo cannot be intercepted, recalled, or terminated while in active deployment.

If you no longer require the items, you must allow the parcel to successfully reach your designated destination and then initiate a standard return process under our 30-Day Refunds & Returns Policy. Please note that package refusal at delivery does not constitute an authorized cancellation.

⚠️ Custom Apparel Binding Rule

For jerseys featuring custom name printing, individual text, or specific player configurations, printing plates are locked immediately after the 12-hour mark. Absolutely no cancellations, adjustments, or layout changes can be processed for custom configurations beyond this point.

Refund Processing Execution

Once an authorized cancellation is granted within our valid terms, our billing desk executes the credit release immediately. As specified across our core finance protocols, the transaction processing and banking release will be fully finalized within 5 business days, depending on your specific banking institution.
