At Shipp Limited LLC™, we want you to wear your team's colors with pride and total satisfaction. If your item isn't the perfect fit or doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to assist with a transparent return window.

📅 30-Day Window

Return requests must be formally initiated within 30 days of courier delivery.

🔄 Condition Criteria

Items must remain strictly unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

⚡ 5-Day Settlement

Refund processing is fully completed within 5 business days after warehouse arrival.

Return Conditions & Eligibility

To qualify for an authorized return, exchange, or refund, items must fulfill the following mandatory strict inspection guidelines:

  • The product must remain strictly unwashed, unworn, and free from external scents, stains, or dynamic physical wear.
  • All original apparel manufacturer branding tags, packaging badges, and protective polybags must remain attached in original condition.
  • Proof of purchase or your dynamic web order number (e.g., #SL1001) must accompany the formal request.

⚠️ Customization Exclusions Notice

Please note that sports jerseys ordered with custom individual text, specific player names, custom numbers, or custom heat-pressed patches are engineered specifically for your request. Consequently, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless a clear manufacturing defect or printing typography error is identified upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return

    Send an explicit email request directly to our customer helpdesk at support@shipplimited.com detailing your order number and specific items.

    Our logistics desk will supply the designated regional return warehouse coordinates and a dynamic return shipping manifest authorization form.

  • 03

    Securely pack the item, attach the logistics manifest, and drop it with your preferred shipping courier. (Note: Return freight tracking options are highly recommended as we cannot assume liability for lost inbound packages).

Refund Processing Parameters

Following the physical arrival of your item at our sorting grid, the complete processing of your return—including the quality inspection and processing your financial return—will be completed within 5 business days.

Approved settlements are triggered automatically back to your original payment route (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). The time it takes for funds to clear depends entirely on your financial institution.
