1. Orders & Sizing
We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page. Our sports jerseys generally follow standard athletic sizing. If you prefer a looser fit for casual wear, we recommend ordering one size up.
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting our support team. Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Standard order processing takes 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, and international delivery takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location.
As soon as your jersey ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package in real-time.
3. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Please note that jerseys customized with specific player names, numbers, or personal custom prints cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part.
